A buyer needs more information in selecting property than just the purchase price. I do not think this need is being adequately met.
A buyer needs to know about contractors, roads, access, easements, septic systems, wells, timber rights, weather conditions and simply are they getting the property that meets their needs and expectations.
My goal is to meet these needs in the Okanogan County and the areas of Aeneas Valley, Bonaparte, Chesaw, Curlew, Republic, Tonasket and Wauconda
As your Buyers Agent I will search local listings, newspapers, local want ads or reader boards and check for ‘ For Sale By Owner ’ property. If you find something I can go to the property for photos and research information for you. |
